01Who you are agreeing with

NomiOne is operated by Oxygen7 Pte Ltd ("Oxygen7", "we"). By creating an account or using the NomiOne app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02What the service does

NomiOne lets you pay merchants that accept a supported local payment QR code using a crypto wallet that you control. NomiOne connects to your wallet, shows you the amount and conversion rate before you confirm, and arranges for the merchant to be paid in its local currency through a partner bank in that corridor.

NomiOne does not hold your crypto, does not hold your money, and does not provide investment, exchange or custody services.

03Who can use NomiOne

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must complete identity verification before your first payment.
• You must use a wallet that you own and control.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country where use of the service is restricted.

04Your account and verification

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Before your first payment, your identity is checked by an independent verification provider on our behalf. We may ask for additional information where the law requires it, and we may suspend an account that fails or refuses verification.

05Payments

• Every payment is initiated and confirmed by you, in your own wallet.
• The conversion rate and total are shown before you confirm and are held for a short period; if the rate expires you will be asked to confirm again.
• Any NomiOne fee and the network fee are shown as separate lines before you confirm.
• Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed. Refunds, where available, are handled under the partner bank's refund rules for that corridor.

06What you must not do

• Use NomiOne for any unlawful purpose, or to pay for goods or services that are illegal where you are.
• Use someone else's wallet, identity or account.
• Interfere with the app, attempt to bypass verification, or probe our systems.
• Use NomiOne as a trading, exchange or money-transfer service; it is a payment tool for merchants.

07Availability and changes

Corridors are listed as live only once payments work there. We may add, pause or remove corridors, coins, networks or wallets, and we may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

08Liability

We provide NomiOne with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by changes in coin prices, network congestion or fees, a wallet or blockchain we do not control, a merchant's goods or services, or your failure to keep your wallet and recovery phrase secure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
