Four steps, from your wallet to the shop counter. The shop never touches crypto, you never hand over your keys, and you see the full amount before you confirm.
Install NomiOne, sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, then verify your identity. This is a one-time check by an independent provider and is required before any crypto payment.
Point the camera at any supported local payment QR in a live corridor. NomiOne reads the merchant and the amount, then shows you the conversion into your coin and the rate it is using.
Pick which connected wallet pays, check the lines, and approve. The approval happens in your own wallet app, so nothing moves unless you say so.
The partner bank in that corridor pays the merchant the full QR amount in its own currency, the same way it is paid for any other QR payment. You both get a confirmation.
You see the merchant name, the local amount, the coin amount, the rate, the fee lines and a confirmation. Your wallet records one outgoing transfer.
The shop sees a payment arrive from its bank for the full QR amount in local currency, under the same merchant account it already uses. No crypto, no new app, no new device.
A worked example. The rate comes from the app at the moment you pay; the numbers here are only to show the shape of it.
The shop always receives the full QR amount in local currency.
Connect one or more wallets and choose which one pays. Supported coins are read from the same settings the app uses, so this list is always current.
Any wallet that supports WalletConnect can also be linked. See all supported wallets →
Setting one up takes about ten minutes. Six steps:
Get the app, verify once, and your wallet works at the counter.
